Glen J Veed, Ph.D.
Dr. Veed is a licensed clinical psychologist who has been working in the field of mental health for over 15 years and received his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. While he specializes in working with adolescents, he has also worked extensively with children and their families as well as adults. Dr. Veed is an expert in the treatment of anxiety disorders (e.g., Social Anxiety Disorder, OCD) using cognitive-behavioral therapy but has broad experience with a variety of presenting complaints, including disruptive behavior, social skills, school difficulties, school refusal, pain, trauma, depression, brain injury, and sexual behavior problems. In addition, Dr. Veed routinely conducts diagnostic, intellectual and neuropsychological assessments with children, adolescents and adults and has extensive experience in synthesizing how a client's raw neuropsychological abilities impact their emotional functioning day-to-day. Dr. Veed strongly believes in using psychological interventions that are supported by solid research evidence.
